An experienced Logistics Transformation Manager required to take ownership of the end-to-end processes that enable the successful delivery of the company’s equipment globally to achieve the wider business objective in mind of reducing carbon emissions. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the infrastructure, planning, and execution of all shipping and logistics activities run seamlessly, within budget and timeframes. The Logistics Manager will be accountable for overseeing all stages of the logistics lifecycle, from operational planning and scheduling through to delivery on site. They will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage resources, and develop efficient workflows that guarantee equipment arrives safely, on time, and in line with event requirements. In addition, they will lead on risk management, monitor progress across concurrent projects, and adapt plans quickly to meet shifting deadlines and evolving business demands. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in logistics, supply chain, or engineering-focused roles, with a proven ability to direct complex projects that involve multiple moving parts. They will demonstrate sound judgement, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate solutions persuasively to senior stakeholders. Prior exposure to implementing new systems or processes, as well as managing operational change, will be highly valued. Personally, the Logistics Manager will be organised and resilient, with the confidence to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment. They will have strong interpersonal skills, working constructively with colleagues and external partners, while also being adaptable enough to adjust strategies when challenges arise.
