Synapri are working with a growing Salesforce Partner with a strong delivery track record across enterprise clients, who are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the delivery team. You'll work closely with clients to understand their commercial processes, translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, and support delivery across the full project lifecycle — from discovery through to go-live.

This will require you to have experience working on Salesforce CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud projects ideally within a Lead to Cash transformation capacity.

Location: London and from home (2x days a week in office)

Salary: £60,000

Start: July ideally

Must have:

  • Proven experience as a BA on Salesforce implementations within a consultancy or partner environment
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of CPQ, RCA or LTC transformations
  • Ability to run discovery sessions and produce high-quality requirement artefacts independently
  • Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, CPQ Specialist)
  • Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Field Service
  • Agile or Scrum delivery experience
