Dynamics 365 (CRM) Product Manager – Charity Sector

We’re currently partnered with a well-known charity seeking a Dynamics 365 (CRM) Product Manager to join their Product Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of their Dynamics 365 and Microsoft product suite, driving product strategy, delivery, and optimisation in line with the organisation’s digital transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with organisational goals and transformation programmes
- Manage product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including prioritising product and customer requirements, defining product vision, and delivering clear, manageable roadmaps and backlogs
- Build strong, effective relationships with business owners, analysts, engineers, IT leads, and third parties to deliver product roadmaps
- Act as a subject matter expert and leader for Dynamics 365 (CRM) and Microsoft products within the organisation
- Ensure requirements, solution design, and testing are properly documented and traceable across product releases
- Oversee platform governance, data management, integrations, and consent management requirements
✅ Key Requirements
- Proven experience delivering CRM programmes with Dynamics 365 in complex, multi-audience organisations
- Strong understanding of Microsoft product architecture, Dynamics 365 CRM, tech stacks, and user support processes
- Demonstrable background in product management and agile methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to work across multiple teams and functions
- Experience with data cleansing, integrations, and unified consent management
- Ability to lead cross-functional squads and manage product delivery without direct line management authority
