Rate: £850-£980 per day (Inside IR35)

Location: Reading (Hybrid – 1 or 2 days per week in the office)

The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Strategy Manager to lead the development of an enterprise-wide Digital Employee Experience strategy for a major transformation programme within a highly secure environment. This is a strategic consultancy role focused on defining how technology, people, processes and support services come together to deliver a seamless, secure and engaging employee experience. Working with senior stakeholders across IT, HR, Security and the wider business, you'll assess the current landscape, define the future vision and create a clear roadmap that improves productivity, collaboration and digital adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the assessment of the current Digital Employee Experience across the employee lifecycle.
  • Evaluate existing workplace technologies including Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Power Platform, SAP and Identity.
