We are recruiting for an experienced Delivery and Impact Management Specialist to join a high-profile public sector programme. You will act as a central coordination point, ensuring a large-scale organisational strategy and delivery plan is managed effectively — with clear visibility of progress, risks, and impact across the organisation.
This is a senior-facing role requiring strong delivery discipline, governance experience, and the ability to engage confidently with executive-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the strategic delivery plan, enabling proactive oversight of milestones, interdependencies, and escalation points.
- Manage regular progress reporting cycles and prepare high-quality materials for Executive Committee and Board-level governance forums.
- Coordinate timely and accurate updates from senior stakeholders across the organisation.
- Lead the ongoing development of organisational Success Measures, including refining metrics, coordinating data collection, and supporting dashboard design.
- Provide governance support for planned and ad hoc requirements, including inputs for senior oversight bodies.
- Act as a primary point of contact for the development of associated tooling (PowerApp and PowerBI).
- Contribute to broader strategic programme activities, ensuring consistency, alignment, and quality across all deliverables.
Proven experience delivering or managing against an organisational strategy in a complex or large-scale environment.
Strong understanding of project management processes and methodologies (planning, tracking, risk and issue management).
Experience with benefits management or organisational performance frameworks — defining, tracking, and reporting on outcomes and impacts.
Confidence engaging with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience producing governance-quality reports and presentations.
Strong data analysis skills — able to interpret complex information and produce evidence-based reporting.
Power BI experience for performance dashboards and reporting tools.
Familiarity with PowerApps or similar low-code tooling.
