Synapri are looking for a Principal Python/Django Engineer, to play a key role in designing, developing, and improving modern digital platforms. You will be expected to provide technical leadership, champion engineering best practices, and help shape the direction of the platform.
- Lead the design and development of complex applications using Python and Django
- Support continuous improvement across development processes and tooling
- Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy
- Extensive commercial experience with Python and Django
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Experience building and maintaining secure, high-performance applications
- Excellent knowledge of backend engineering principles
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
