A recognised UK based organisation who promote and work to support those in need are undergoing a significant technology transformation, with huge investment into their Salesforce org. They have a super layered tech stack with some niche applications, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a centralised and important function within their business.
They are looking for a SFMC Lead to be the expert and ensure the platform is robust, compliant and ready to deliver efficiently. This isn't just a BAU role, the environment is evolving and has teeth-sinking work required to ensure stabilisation.
Some of your tasks (not limited to) will be:
- Platform administration
- Campaign execution
- Creative execution
- Data integrity
- Ticketing management
- Engaging with business stakeholders
- Licensing management
The desired specialist will be technically hands-on across functional pieces e.g. automation studio, journey builder alongside ideally having some skills across HTML, SQL, AMPscript. We're not expecting you to be an out and out SFMC developer however some coding expertise would be valuable.
Requirements:
- More than 3 years SFMC experience - hands on
- Exposure with other clouds - Ideal
- Strong stakeholder engagement expertise, not afraid to push back if needed
- Hands-on with SQL, AMPscript
- Proficiency with data management and integration with SFMC
- Salesforce MC Email Specialist Cert - Other certs are desired
- Full right to work in the UK
This role requires 1 day per week travel into the office in central London. Sponsorship cannot be provided. This is an urgent requirement, interviews will commence from next week so don't wait to apply as we don't expect this opening to be up for long.
