Key responsibilities; but not limited to

  • Change Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and maintain the Digital Wing Change and Adoption Strategy
  • Define the organisational change approach for each programme phase
  • Ensure change activities are aligned to programme outcomes and benefits
  • Identify organisational impacts and readiness requirements
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder maps and influence strategies
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholder communities across FCDO
  • Facilitate workshops, engagement sessions, and user forums
  • Ensure end-user voices are represented throughout delivery
  • Culture & Behaviour Change
  • Define target behaviours required to support the future operating model
  • Develop interventions that promote adoption of new ways of working
  • Support leadership teams in modelling desired behaviours
  • Identify cultural barriers and opportunities to accelerate adoption
  • User Adoption & Readiness
  • Develop user adoption plans for each delivery phase
  • Assess organisational readiness for change
  • Coordinate training, onboarding and transition activities
  • Monitor adoption levels and user sentiment
