A leading retailer is in the midst of an exciting transformation and is looking for a proactive, driven Business Analyst to join their growing team. This newly created position offers a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting multiple project workstreams.
This role will lead the charge on requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and process improvements. The successful candidate will work with cross functional teams, helping define, design, and deliver solutions.
Our client are looking for someone with proven experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-moving environment, ideally with exposure to retail, supply chain or logistics. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with a talent for breaking down complex challenges into clear, actionable steps. Confidence in running workshops, mapping processes (using tools like Visio, Lucidchart or Miro), and working across both technology and operational projects is key.
Desirable skills:
- Experience with retail systems (ERP, supply chain, eCommerce)
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models
- Relevant certifications such as BCS Business Analysis.
