We are working with a Salesforce partner who are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join an active programme, delivering both core Salesforce cloud and a niche product rollout for one of their clients.
This is a client-facing role sitting embedded within the partner's delivery team, so experience working in a consultancy or SI environment is important. You need to be comfortable representing the programme to the client, managing stakeholder relationships and working at pace alongside a technical delivery team.
Experience required:
- Proven Change Manager experience on Salesforce implementation programmes.
- Understand how partner delivery works, how to manage client stakeholders in that context and what good adoption looks like at the end of a Salesforce programme.
- Salesforce core cloud delivery (Sales, Service at minimum).
- Client-facing stakeholder management at programme level.
- Business readiness and go-live support in a partner or consultancy context.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently without day to day oversight.
