One of our key customers are looking for an experienced HR/HCM Systems Integration Developer / Consultant to support the development, optimisation and stability of their HR technology ecosystem. This role will be focused on Oracle HCM integrations, HR platform connectivity, data flows and defect remediation, working closely with MIS, People Systems, IT, vendors and implementation partners.

Rate: DOE (Outside IR35)

Duration: Initial 3-6 months

Location: Remote, UK (will need to be able to work to EST time zone)

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test and support Oracle HCM and HR platform integrations
  • Connect HR systems with payroll, identity, onboarding, analytics and employee experience platforms
  • Troubleshoot integration defects, data issues and synchronisation failures
  • Assess existing integrations and identify opportunities to improve reliability and scalability
  • Translate business requirements into effective integration designs and technical solutions
  • Create clear technical documentation, data mappings and integration diagrams
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and external partners throughout delivery and support
  • Help establish sustainable integration solutions and reduce reliance on ad-hoc support

Experience required:

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM or a comparable HRIS/HCM platform
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, SFTP, file-based integrations and data transformation
  • Experience troubleshooting integration and data synchronisation issues
  • Understanding of HR data, employee lifecycle, onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Experience with Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform or similar technologies
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Leapsome, Deel, payroll and identity/access systems
  • Strong technical documentation, analysis and solution design skills
  • The ability to work confidently with technical and functional stakeholders
