Analyst / Business Analyst

Synapri are currently supporting an industry-leading Salesforce partner recognised for their expertise in the Higher Education sector. They are looking to bring on board an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to support multiple greenfield digital transformation projects currently underway across the UK & Ireland, this role comes at a time where they are expanding their delivery team to meet growing client demand! This role would be ideal for someone who is looking to get some hands on commercial experience delivering Education Cloud! Supporting testing cycles including regression and UAT testing. Working closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to shape and develop the project backlog. Producing documentation to support sprint planning and delivery activities. Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst Strong understanding of Agile methodologies Experience working on digital transformation projects Strong consultancy experience supporting and delivering Salesforce solutions to enterprise customers Competitive salary of £70,000-£80,000 (depending on experience) Hybrid working – 3 days per week in West London Opportunity to work on large-scale, greenfield Salesforce implementations If you are looking for a new challenge and change then please apply now for immediate consideration and to find out more!
