Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d), you are the central point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth order processing and excellent service delivery. You take ownership of the end‑to‑end order‑to‑payment process, from order entry and forecasting to delivery and complaint handling, while maintaining strong relationships across Sales and Supply Chain.
Your key responsibilities:
- Manage the end‑to‑end order processing cycle in SAP, including order entry, availability checks, pricing validation, order confirmations, and preparation of related documentation (e.g. certificates, samples, special orders such as ZKLs).
- Coordinate closely with Material Planning and Supply Chain to align production planning, monitor availability, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Track and actively manage orders throughout the lifecycle, following up on production, QC, and logistics timelines, and initiating corrective actions where needed.
- Maintain proactive and transparent communication with customers regarding order status, shipping dates, delays, and overall service updates.
- Support forecasting and stock management by maintaining and fine‑tuning forecast figures in SAP, aligning with customers, Sales, and affiliates, and optimizing order patterns and stock levels.
- Manage complaints and returns end‑to‑end, including coordination of goods returns, credit note processing, and customer communication, while building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders and ensuring accurate master data maintenance.
Your Profile
You bring a strong customer focus combined with organizational skills and a structured way of working in a fast‑paced, international environment.
- Completed commercial training or a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- First professional experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Supply Chain is preferred.
- Solid understanding of order‑to‑payment processes, ideally within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Experience working with SAP (especially order processing and forecasting modules) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with customers and internal stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy, reliability, proactive and problem‑solving mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple topics simultaneously, and work in a structured manner.
- Fluency in English is required; German or additional languages are an advantage.
