About the role
If you are an experienced SaaS/software sales professional looking to join the early stages of a commercial sales motion and have a great track record of selling into medium and large accounts, then we have an opportunity for you!
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our successful and growing sales team.
You will be responsible for sales, lead generation, and account management. You have strong business acumen and knowledge of purchasing and procurement processes and requirements of commercial customers across all business verticals.
You will use consultative selling techniques to identify and meet customer needs, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process from prospecting to closing. You master the art of complex sales cycles and are passionate about the customer experience.
You are an enthusiastic, driven, confident, self-motivated individual with excellent written and oral language skills.
This is a full-time remote role. The team meets from time to time at our offices in Guildford, just outside of London.
Your role in our team
- Manage the entire sales cycle from qualified leads through to order and hand-over to our client onboarding specialists
- Conduct introductory calls for initial fact-finding and qualification of sales prospects
- Perform web-based demonstrations of our SaaS platform for prospective customers
- Create pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and manage the contract process whilst building trust and mutual respect with customers
- Work closely with our product specialist team to optimise the sales journey for customers across all sectors and all sizes
- Build lasting customer relationships that enable you to identify opportunities to deliver additional solutions and expand our footprint
- Build and manage a pipeline of leads stemming from our business development team, marketing qualified leads, partners, and resellers
- Use our CRM and sales productivity systems to maintain excellent records
- Use your customer experiences to provide feedback to sales management, marketing, and product teams to improve our solutions
What we are looking for
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience in SaaS/software space, including larger accounts
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Great work ethic with a passion for closing deals and forming strong customer relationships
- Strong interpersonal skills and desire to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere
- Ability to work comfortably with technical products, solutions and personas
- Experience with giving web-based demonstrations to clients
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong planning, writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to set and meet goals with little or no supervision from senior management
- A professional outlook with a strong desire and ability to progress our sales team
