About Us
We’re a fast-growing pet nutrition business behind five distinct brands: Canagan, Symply, Tribal, McAdams, and Yora. Each brand has its own identity, audience, and story, with e-commerce playing a big role within our business. We’re building better-performing online experiences for our UK and international markets, and we’re looking for someone to help drive this forward.
The Role
We’re looking for an E-commerce Manager who lives and breathes websites. You’ll own the end-to-end e-commerce experience across all five brands - from how the sites look and feel, to how they convert, scale, and grow revenue. This is a hands-on role in a growing, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll manage the Tradeit platform end to end, improve the customer journey, drive revenue, and work closely with our marketing team to bring campaigns, launches, and ideas to life.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning the platform across frontend, backend, and checkout for five brands.
- Designing, building, and optimising landing pages, product pages, and on-site content with UX/UI and conversion in mind.
- Managing pricing, promotions, product launches, and targets.
- Working closely with marketing to plan and execute campaigns across channels.
- Writing and refining website copy that’s optimised within the brand’s tone.
- Creating and editing assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Tracking performance and continuously improving the customer journey.
- Briefing and managing agencies or freelancers when extra support is needed.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in e-commerce, with clear ownership of performance and results.
- Strong experience managing both the frontend and backend of e-commerce platforms with a creative flair.
- A good eye for UX/UI and the ability to build what you design.
- Confident website copywriting skills.
- Solid experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Commercial mindset, you care about conversion, revenue, and growth.
- Comfortable managing multiple brands with different audiences.
- A self-starter who enjoys autonomy and moving fast.
