We’re the team behind Canagan, Symply, Tribal, McAdams, and Yora, five fast-growing pet food brands with strong identities and ambitious growth plans across the UK and international markets. We are looking for a highly creative, commercially minded Digital & Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing premium pet nutrition business.

This is a full-time hands-on design role located in Wooburn Green, spanning ecommerce, digital campaigns, social media, email, retail POS, and packaging concepts. You will work closely with our small cross-functional team to create high-impact creative that drives conversion, engagement and brand growth. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys working across both digital and physical touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a small cross-functional team to create high-impact creative across ecommerce, digital campaigns, social media, email, retail POS, and packaging concepts.
  • Design landing pages, campaign layouts, and assets that drive conversion and engagement.
  • Maintain brand consistency across digital and physical touchpoints.

Essential Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ professional design experience
  • Strong digital-first designer with ecommerce experience
  • Confident designing landing pages and campaign layouts
  • Strong Adobe CC skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Proven experience across ecommerce websites, campaign creative, social media content and email design

Highly desirable

  • Retail POS / shopper marketing
  • Experience designing FSDUs and retail display
  • FMCG, food, drink, beauty or pet industry experience
  • Understanding of conversion-led design and UX principles
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth businesses
