We’re the team behind Canagan, Symply, Tribal, McAdams, and Yora, five fast-growing pet food brands with strong identities and ambitious growth plans across the UK and international markets. We’re building a modern, performance-led marketing engine where data, creativity, and testing go hand in hand, and we’re looking for someone to own a big part of that journey.
This is a hands-on performance marketing and CRM role in a scaling, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll be responsible for driving customer acquisition through paid media, while also owning our email marketing and CRM strategy through Klaviyo. Your role will be managing campaigns, writing copy, building emails, and constantly testing what works. This is not an agency-style “set and forget” role; you’ll constantly evolve the message and be responsible for results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and optimising paid marketing campaigns across channels such as Meta Ads (and other performance platforms as required).
- Owning the design, build, and ongoing management of Klaviyo email marketing, including Automated flows, Campaigns and Segmentation.
- Writing on-brand copy for ads, emails, and Klaviyo communications.
- Designing and editing creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite to support paid and CRM activity.
- Working closely with our E-commerce Manager to align campaigns with launches, promotions, and priorities.
- Monitoring performance metrics and keeping key stakeholders informed.
- Supporting B2B communications, including trade, partner, or wholesale-facing messaging where needed.
- Testing new ideas, audiences, messaging, and formats to drive incremental growth.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in a performance marketing, CRM, or growth-focused role.
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns, particularly Meta/Google Ads.
- Strong experience with Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, segmentation).
- Confident copywriting skills, with an understanding of how messaging impacts performance.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite to create or edit marketing assets.
- Data-driven mindset and comfortable analysing results and acting on them.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple brands or campaigns.
- Someone who enjoys testing, learning, and improving continuously.
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
- Experience working across multiple brands or markets.
- Exposure to DTC e-commerce businesses.
- Experience with B2B or trade communications.
- Familiarity with additional paid channels beyond Google.
