We are hiring a Senior Project Manager for Customer Success and Consulting Services in EMEA. You will lead high-impact programmes, shape delivery strategy, and ensure clients realise measurable value. Senior PMs act as trusted advisors, driving adoption, customer engagement, and successful commercial, technical, and operational outcomes. The role is offered in either UK or Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management — Serve as the senior delivery contact for major customers, providing strategic direction and advisory support.
  • Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management — Build long‑term, trusted relationships with senior executives, partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management — Align programme delivery with strategic customer outcomes, including adoption, utilisation, and retention goals.
  • Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management — Navigate complex customer environments, resolving escalations and ensuring consistent executive‑level communication.
  • Programme / Project Leadership — Lead large, complex, or high‑risk programmes typically exceeding 12 months, including cloud transitions, big‑data environments, digital transformation, or large‑scale SaaS implementations.
  • Programme / Project Leadership — Own end‑to‑end programme plans, financial baselines, delivery strategy, and roadmap.
  • Programme / Project Leadership — Manage cross‑functional delivery teams, ensuring alignment on milestones, risks, and success criteria.

  • Governance, Assurance & Methodology — Embed customer success metrics (adoption, value realisation, customer health) within ongoing governance routines.
  • Governance, Assurance & Methodology — Mentor Project Managers and contribute to the maturity of the delivery practice.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience delivering complex, high‑risk, large-scale programmes in SaaS exceeding $5m, cloud, managed services, or big‑data environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience shaping SoWs and managing financial performance.
  • Experience partnering with Customer Success teams or managing delivery in customer‑health‑based operating models.
  • Ability to lead teams through ambiguity and manage complex stakeholder landscapes including senior executives.
  • Deep understanding of delivery governance, risk management, and demonstration of clear financial control to meet or exceed project margin.
  • Experience with AI tooling, delivery and adoption.
  • Expert‑level hands‑on proficiency with Microsoft Project.
  • Experience in regulated industries is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
  • Professional certifications (e.g. PMP / PRINCE2) required.
