JOIN US! We seek a Project Manager (Director) to join our SymphonyAI Retail team, based in the UK.

As a key member of the SymphonyAI Retail team, you will work closely with retailers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to manage and execute the rollout of pilot programs and other key projects. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the successful implementation of AI-driven solutions that enhance retail operations and customer experiences.

Job Description

What you\’ll do

  1. Manage the end-to-end process of project execution, from initial planning through to delivery, ensuring projects meet time, quality, and budgetary requirements.
  2. Coordinate with retailers and internal teams to facilitate successful rollouts of pilot programs, adapting project plans as necessary to accommodate evolving requirements.
  3. Lead project meetings and workshops, fostering clear communication and collaboration among stakeholders to drive project goals.
  4. Monitor project progress by tracking milestones and deliverables, identifying potential risks, and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  5. Evaluate project outcomes and provide thorough reporting to stakeholders, sharing insights and lessons learned to optimize future initiatives.

What you\’ll bring

  2. Strong Understanding of the retail industry, with insights into the unique challenges and operational processes that retailers face.
