JOIN US! We seek a Project Manager (Director) to join our SymphonyAI Retail team, based in the UK.
As a key member of the SymphonyAI Retail team, you will work closely with retailers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to manage and execute the rollout of pilot programs and other key projects. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the successful implementation of AI-driven solutions that enhance retail operations and customer experiences.
Job Description
What you\’ll do
- Manage the end-to-end process of project execution, from initial planning through to delivery, ensuring projects meet time, quality, and budgetary requirements.
- Coordinate with retailers and internal teams to facilitate successful rollouts of pilot programs, adapting project plans as necessary to accommodate evolving requirements.
- Lead project meetings and workshops, fostering clear communication and collaboration among stakeholders to drive project goals.
- Monitor project progress by tracking milestones and deliverables, identifying potential risks, and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate project outcomes and provide thorough reporting to stakeholders, sharing insights and lessons learned to optimize future initiatives.
