Overview

We are seeking a talented Product Manager – Risk Intelligence to join our Financial Services team in London. In this crucial role, you will shape and deliver the product strategy for Sensa Risk Intelligence (SRI) as we approach our upcoming launch. You will have a direct impact on the success and market adoption of SRI, driving our position in the fast-changing landscape of Financial Crime Prevention. This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, define and refine product features, and ensure our technology continually meets and exceeds market expectations.

What You’ll Do

  • Shape, develop, and execute the product strategy for Sensa Risk Intelligence (SRI), aligning it with SymphonyAI Financial Services’ broader vision and objectives.
  • Lead the launch and market adoption of SRI by collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Gather and prioritise product requirements from customer feedback, market analysis, and regulatory trends to ensure SRI delivers outstanding value.
  • Define, document, and communicate clear product features and user stories to guide development and ensure relevance in the market.
  • Ensure strong alignment between market demands and SymphonyAI’s advancing technological capabilities, facilitating the evolution of our product offering.
  • Serve as a product ambassador, representing SRI in customer meetings, industry forums, and within internal communications.
  • Monitor product performance, stay abreast of industry trends, and work proactively to keep SRI at the forefront of Financial Crime Prevention.
  • Drive the achievement of ambitious business growth targets by ensuring customer and market needs are anticipated and exceeded.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in financial services, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Good knowledge of Financial Crime Prevention, risk intelligence, and related regulatory driven product and market landscapes.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive complex initiatives and lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches.
