We are building a global Demand Generation function and are looking for a hands-on Regional Demand Gen Specialist to join the team in Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA). This is an execution-first role: you will be responsible for deploying, managing, and optimising demand generation campaigns across the EMEA region in alignment with the global strategy and playbook.
This is not a strategy role. You will be given a clear plan, agreed messaging, and defined KPIs - your job is to make it happen, fast and accurately. If you thrive on building campaigns, launching paid programmes, managing automation workflows, and reporting against pipeline metrics, this role is for you.
Job Description
- Deploy email campaigns, nurture sequences, and automated workflows in the marketing automation platform.
- Build and launch paid digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and relevant regional channels.
- Set up landing pages, forms, and conversion tracking in line with global templates.
- Manage campaign assets, creative trafficking, and localisation of global content for regional audiences.
- Ensure all campaigns are correctly tagged with UTM parameters and tracked in CRM.
Platform & Systems Management
- Own day-to-day operation of the marketing automation platform for the region.
- Maintain CRM data hygiene, lead routing, and lifecycle stage management.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance, MQL volumes, and pipeline contribution.
- Identify and flag technical issues quickly; escalate blockers without delay.
Reporting & Optimisation
- Report weekly on campaign performance against agreed KPIs (MQLs, CPL, conversion rates, pipeline).
- Run A/B tests on emails, ads, and landing pages within defined parameters.
- Share regional insights to inform global content and campaign adjustments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the global Demand Gen team, regional sales, and local partners.
- Coordinate with content, design, and ops teams to ensure timely asset delivery.
- Participate in weekly syncs; communicate progress, blockers, and wins clearly and concisely.
What We Are Looking For
- Hands-on experience with a major MAP – HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud – building campaigns, not just reading reports.
- Active campaign management across LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads – experience setting up targeting, managing budgets, and trafficking creative.
- UTM tracking, URL management, and attribution understanding – dashboard building in GA4, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Looker/Tableau – proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for campaign tracking and reporting.
- CMS editing experience – WordPress, Webflow, Contentful, or similar for landing page updates – ability to localise and adapt global content briefs, not create strategy from scratch.
- Daily active user of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, Perplexity) for content adaptation, copy, and research.
- Comfortable building workflow automations using Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar.
- Prompt engineering literacy – able to get fast, accurate, production-ready outputs from AI tools.
- Forward-thinking approach to AI adoption; continuously exploring new tools to increase execution speed.
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager with EMEA geo-targeting experience.
- Familiarity with regional ad platforms (e.g. Xing for DACH markets, or similar) is a bonus.
Experience & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on demand generation or digital marketing experience.
- Proven track record of building and launching campaigns end-to-end (not just contributing to them).
- Experience working within a global or matrixed marketing organisation is a strong advantage.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field – or equivalent practical experience.
EMEA-Specific Experience (Preferred)
- Experience running campaigns across multiple EMEA sub-markets (e.g. UKI, DACH, Nordics, Benelux, Southern Europe, Middle East).
- Familiarity with regional nuances in digital advertising platforms and media consumption habits across key EMEA markets.
- Experience localising content across English-language and translated markets (e.g. French, German, Arabic).
- Working knowledge of GDPR and broader data privacy regulations across EMEA jurisdictions.
- Comfort operating across diverse cultural contexts within a single region.
