  • 7+ years of Enterprise Software/SaaS sales experience, with a documented track record of carrying and exceeding an individual quota (ideally €1M+ / CHF 1M+ ARR)
  • Native or bilingual fluency in German, with excellent professional English

  • Deep Local Market Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of business etiquette, buying behaviours, and the corporate landscape in Germany and Switzerland
  • Complex Deal Navigation: Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving local IT, InfoSec, Compliance, Legal, and Procurement teams (Desirable)
  • Vertical Expertise: Deep, existing relationships and experience selling technology solutions directly into the German/Swiss Wealth Management, Private Banking, and/or Insurance sectors (Desirable)

  • This role is based in our London office, but requires deep local knowledge of the German-speaking markets.
  • Your primary mandate will be to hunt for new logos and aggressively expand our footprint within historically under-penetrated accounts across the DACH region.
  • This is a pure growth role for a sophisticated sales professional who understands the unique regulatory, cultural, and corporate landscapes of German-speaking enterprises.
  • Own and execute a strategic growth plan to identify, qualify, and close high-value new logos across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.
  • Run the entire sales cycle in German, from cold outreach and initial discovery to technical demonstration, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Effectively articulate Symphony's complex security, data sovereignty, and compliance value propositions to C-suite and senior stakeholders.
  • Identify existing, under-penetrated DACH accounts and strategically map out divisions, subsidiaries, or regions to scale them into large-scale, enterprise-wide agreements.
  • Navigate localized corporate structures (including working closely and diplomatically with local Works Councils/Betriebsrat where applicable).
  • Leverage your local network to build a strong pipeline of advocates, partners, and prospects.
  • Maintain a highly accurate sales pipeline within CRM, consistently forecasting monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
