We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Director of Sales to drive our go-to-market strategy and accelerate revenue growth across the Industrial sector. This is a unique opportunity to lead, shape, and scale our presence with key enterprise customers in one of the world’s most critical industries.
SymphonyAI Industrial is scaling a category-defining AI platform (IRIS Foundry) used by global manufacturers to drive yield, reduce downtime, and improve plant performance. We are hiring a Director of Sales to win and expand enterprise accounts across EMEA.
What you will own:
- Deliver $2M+ ARR by closing $500K–$1M+ enterprise deals
- Own full sales cycle: pipeline → qualification → proposal → close
- Build executive relationships (COO, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain)
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals across industrial enterprises
- Partner with Microsoft and GSIs to accelerate pipeline and conversions
- Maintain disciplined pipeline and forecast accuracy
What we are looking for:
- 8-15 years enterprise sales experience in Industrial / Manufacturing / Energy
- Proven track record closing large, complex SaaS or industrial technology deals ($500K+)
- Strong network across EMEA industrial enterprises
- Ability to sell value at plant + enterprise level (operations, not just IT)
- Comfortable navigating long sales cycles and executive negotiations
