A vacancy has arisen within our Contractor New Build Team as a Trainee Business Account Manager in the Maidstone area. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

The Trainee Business Account Manager role:
- We are looking for a self‑motivated individual who has the communication and coordination skills to support the Business Account Managers in Kent and the Southeast.
To succeed in this Trainee Business Account Manager role you must be:
- Able to communicate confidently with people at all levels to help develop and maintain existing relationships with Architects, Specifiers, Site/Project Managers, Buyers, Senior Managers and Directors.
- Able to handle multiple projects positively.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Self‑motivated and able to maintain deadlines.
- Willing to work as part of a dynamic team.
In addition, you must have:
- The desire to build a career and succeed in a customer‑focused environment.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills and be computer literate.
- A full UK driving licence, as travel within the area and throughout the UK, when relevant, will be required.
- A relevant CSCS card, but this can be included as part of the training.
