A vacancy has arisen within our Retail Division for a Business Account Coordinator to join the Retail Team.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who has the communication and coordination skills to support the Retail Business & Merchant Account Managers.

The ideal candidate must be located in or around the central Glasgow/Edinburgh belt of Scotland.

You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a Competitive Salary + Benefits.

The key responsibilities of our Business Account Coordinator will include:

  • Actively supporting the Business and Merchant account Managers in the northern Regions of the Retail sales team.
  • Working closely with the team and National Sales Manager to ensure that customers are receiving excellent service and we are maximising market share from all customers we deal with.
  • Building relationships to ensure business growth from existing the existing customer base is maximised.

In order to succeed in this Business Account Coordinator role, you must have:

  • The desire to build a career and succeed in a customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills and be computer literate.
  • A full UK driving licence, as this is a field based role which requires regular travel within the Scotland and throughout the UK, when relevant.

You will be:

  • Able to communicate confidently with people at all levels to help develop and maintain existing relationships with Designers, store/branch managers and directors.
  • Able to handle multiple projects positively.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and able to maintain deadlines.
  • Willing to work as part of a dynamic team.
