This critical leadership role leads a global team of highly skilled employees and is accountable for building and scaling a world‑class technology organization that delivers secure, resilient, low‑latency, and highly available voice and collaboration solutions for financial markets participants. The CTO will align technology investments with commercial goals, product roadmap, regulatory requirements, and customer needs, acting as a bridge between technical execution, commercial strategy and clients.
Serving as a key member of the operating leadership team, the CTO will be a trusted advisor to Symphony's CEO, COO, CIO, and executive team on technology strategy, cyber risk, infrastructure resilience, and investment planning.
