  • Assist in managing and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring development efforts are focused on the highest‑impact features for the trader voice community.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and specifications for new voice features, integrations, and user experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure a shared understanding of product goals and to facilitate the smooth execution of new capabilities.
  • Participate in go‑to‑market planning, working with marketing and sales to effectively articulate the value of new Cloud9 features to customers and prospects.
  • Create and maintain essential product documentation, including feature specifications and support materials for our global user base.
  • Monitor the performance of features post‑launch and report on key success metrics related to user adoption, system performance, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, UX design, or a similar role within a software or technology company.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a talent for breaking down complex problems into actionable steps.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate concepts clearly and persuasively to different audiences.
  • A strong sense of empathy for users and a passion for building intuitive and impactful products that solve critical needs.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and adept at managing priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
