Symonds & Sampson LLP seeks a Qualified Rural Surveyor to join our Rural & Professional team in Wimborne, Dorset. The role offers the opportunity for an individual to become part of a team while growing an area of their own expertise. This is an opportunity where the right candidate can develop and progress their career to the highest level.
Responsibilities
- Working with the Partners to grow the office by creating relationships with other professionals and clients to undertake work types including but not limited to:
- Valuation for banks, private individuals, probate and general tax planning
- Assisting with Rural and Farm Agency
- Planning for a range of agricultural, commercial, residential and diversification applications
- General professional advice for rural clients
- Landlord and Tenant advice
- Countryside stewardship and SFI
- Compensation claims, utilities and telecoms
This post will present the opportunity for an individual to build their own client base and to develop new areas of business.
Qualifications
- Full UK Driving License
- RICS registered valuer
- Member of the CAAV
