Senior Business Analyst with exposure across both business and technology change projects within Financial Services is required by a market-leading organisation, based flexibly from Swindon (~2 days/ week onsite). As the Senior Business Analyst, you will act as the strategic link between project teams, business stakeholders, and technology - owning the analysis of complex change initiatives and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Through close collaboration across the organisation, you’ll ensure solutions are aligned to real business needs and deliver measurable outcomes.
You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing members of the Business Analysis team, promoting best practice, and driving end-to-end process re‑engineering and continuous improvement across the business.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst
- Financial Services industry experience
- Strong skills in business and systems analysis, translating business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Good understanding of business process analysis, reengineering, & modelling
- Experience with structured analysis and project delivery methodologies
- Proven background working on projects alongside third-party vendors
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel & data visualisation tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment
