Business Analyst required on a permanent basis by a leading Financial Services client based in Swindon (2-3 days/week on site). The organisation is embarking on an ambitious growth journey, with major change initiatives already underway. You’ll act as the vital link between business goals and technology solutions – translating complex needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensuring the successful delivery of both functional and technical outcomes. Working across the full project lifecycle, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, shape solutions, and drive change forward. You’ll support digital transformation initiatives by applying Agile methodologies, including both Scrum and Kanban, to manage evolving requirements and enable continuous delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst
- Financial Services exposure
- Strong skills in translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Solid experience with data analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Excel, Tableau)
- Business process analysis and reengineering skills
- Good understanding of structured analysis and project management methodologies
- Hands-on experience supporting Agile delivery (Scrum & Kanban) in digital transformation projects
- Ability to interpret and analyse complex datasets to derive actionable insights
- Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills
