Senior Business Analyst required on a permanent basis by a leading Financial Services organisation, based flexibly from Swindon (3 days/ week onsite). You’ll act as the strategic link between business, technology, and project teams, uncovering problems, defining why they matter, and translating stakeholder needs into clear, actionable solutions that deliver measurable business value.
