Project Manager with strong experience leading end-to-end regulatory change initiatives required on a permanent basis by a leading wealth management firm, based flexibly from their Swindon HQ (3 days / week on site). The client continues to invest heavily across their change function, with a particular focus on delivering high-quality regulatory programmes in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role responsible for ensuring regulatory initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and fully embedded across the business. You will own end-to-end project delivery across multiple regulatory change programmes, taking responsibility for governance, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies. Acting as the key point of contact for stakeholders, you will ensure alignment across business and technical teams, whilst driving delivery at pace.
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must have the following:
- Extensive experience as a Project Manager
- Financial Services exposure
- Proven experience managing multiple, complex end-to-end regulatory change projects
- Excellent project governance and control skills
- Strong supplier and third-party management experience
