Process Improvement Specialist with excellent DMAIC, end-to-end process improvement and process design experience required by a leading Financial Services company, on a hybrid basis from their London HQ (3 days / week on site). This is a permanent role, offering a salary of between £80,000 - £100,000 (DOE) + 25% on target bonus + excellent benefits package.

You will join a newly established, high-calibre Process Improvement team, leading end-to-end optimisation initiatives that drive efficiency, reduce risk, and deliver measurable business value. Reporting to the Head of Business Process Improvement, you’ll deliver key projects that improve operational effectiveness, ensure strong governance and alignment with business objectives, and uphold process standards. You’ll use data and KPIs to monitor performance, identify risks, and guide teams in Lean and best-practice methodologies to embed a performance-driven, continuous improvement culture across the organisation.

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must have the following experience:

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Excellent end-to-end process modelling and analysis skills
  • Proven experience delivering DMAIC, transformational change, and process redesign initiatives
  • Strong record in the delivery of end-to-end process improvement projects, including automation, capacity gains, and cost reduction
  • Deep knowledge of Lean tools, root cause analysis, and structured, data-driven methodologies
  • Expertise in BPMN 2.0
  • Understanding of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to assess and mitigate risks
  • Excellent workshop facilitation skills
  • Pragmatic and solutions-driven, with the ability to make sound decisions using limited or incomplete data
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to tailor communication styles to suit different audiences
