2-man team required for a 16-week project in Chorley delivering a range of maintenance and repair jobs across 2 local sites. Requirement is for:
- 1x Multi-Skilled/Multi-Trade
- 1 x Labourer
This will be on a CIS-basis. Driving licence for one of the team is required. Ideally the team will know each other, but we can put the team together ourselves.
Project includes:
- Small brickwork replacement and re-pointing
- Minor refurbishment work - small joinery and boarding/plastering
- Repairing damage and minor works
- Joinery/Carpentry
