The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.

2-man team required for a 16-week project in Chorley delivering a range of maintenance and repair jobs across 2 local sites.

Requirement is for:

  • 1x Multi-Skilled/Multi-Trade
  • 1 x Labourer

This will be on a CIS-basis. Driving licence for one of the team is required. Ideally the team will know each other, but we can put the team together ourselves.

Project:

  • Small brickwork replacement and re-pointing
  • Minor refurbishment work - small joinery and boarding/plastering
  • Repairing damage and minor works
  • Joinery/Carpentry

POTENTIAL FURTHER WORK or BONUS AVAILABLE.
