We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee construction projects across the North West. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and growing business delivering high-quality projects across the region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily site operations from commencement through to completion
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
- Ensuring projects remain on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance
- Chairing site meetings and providing regular progress reports
- Building positive relationships with clients, consultants and project stakeholders
- Identifying and resolving site issues efficiently
The ideal candidate will have proven site management experience within the construction industry, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Applicants should hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid qualification.
Ideal project types: Refurbishment, Fit-Out and New Build. Predominantly Commercial/Office, Public Sector framework, Educational, Retail and Residential.
Values: Up to £5m but can be higher.
Package: £55,000–£60,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a competitive benefits package.
Location: Majority of projects based in or within reach of North West England.
