You will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
- Oversee programme, budgets and project delivery
- Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and site health & safety
- Review technical drawings, specifications and installation details
- Attend and lead client and contractor meetings
- Monitor quality, progress and reporting

Requirements
- Proven Project Management experience in construction
- Strong knowledge of façades, curtain walling or building envelope systems
- Experience working with main contractors on commercial projects
- Good understanding of construction programmes, budgets and H&S compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
