We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor/Manager to support the day-to-day running of depot and traffic management operations. You will work closely with the Depot Manager to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest professional standards.
Key Duties:
- Support and deputise for the Depot Manager
- Plan and oversee daily traffic management operations
- Lead, brief, and support operatives, ensuring compliance with RAMS, PPE, and safe working practices
- Carry out site visits, audits, and depot inspections
- Monitor vehicle, equipment, and operational performance
- Handle customer queries and support 24/7 operational coverage via out-of-hours rota
- Promote a strong Health & Safety culture
About You:
- Supervision, People and Communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Professional, reliable, and adaptable
Experience & Qualifications:
- Some experience in a Supervisory or Management role in Traffic Management
- 12D traffic management
- CSCS Card
- Industry relative qualifications e.g. LANTRA
- Full UK Driving Licence
