Overview The role will oversee the coordinating and scheduling of the shift work ensuring compliance with site and industry safety standards, quality of work standard, providing technical guidance in the resolution of machinery and facility issues, and to ensure compliance with the departments CMM system. This role is key in underpinning all departmental processes and procedures to support all manufacturing operations with regard to breakdowns ensuring a timely resolution. Maximise machine availability, actively promote a pro-active approach and the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, optimising TPM/PPM events to ensure efficiency and reliability and effective usage of departmental time.
