You’ll assist document control, track reviews and approvals, chase down outstanding actions, and make sure the engineering team has accurate, up-to-date records at all times. Engineers will rely on you and your work helps keep projects on track.
What You’ll Need
- Admin experience in an engineering, manufacturing, marine, defence, or technical environment
- Strong document control and record-keeping skills
- Confident chasing stakeholders and managing multiple deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience maintaining trackers, registers, or document management systems
