An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paid Media specialist to join a growing digital marketing team and take ownership of performance across a diverse portfolio of client campaigns. This is a hands-on role combining strategy, campaign management and team leadership, with responsibility for delivering measurable results across paid search, shopping and paid social channels.
The Role
- Lead paid media strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Paid Social platforms
- Plan, build and optimise campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and YouTube
- Manage Paid Social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) with exposure to TikTok desirable
- Oversee Google Merchant Centre and product feed optimisation
- Manage campaign budgets and drive performance across multiple accounts
- Monitor and improve KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CPL and conversion rates
- Lead and support a small PPC team to maintain high campaign standards
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting using GA4 and conversion tracking tools
- Provide clear performance insights and recommendations to clients
About You
- Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads / PPC campaigns
- Experience across Search, Shopping and Performance Max
- Experience running Paid Social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Exposure to TikTok Ads desirable
- Good understanding of Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking
- Experience mentoring or managing junior PPC specialists
- Strong analytical mindset with commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
