We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support our Director. This role is ideal for a professional who excels in managing multiple priorities, maintaining discretion, and ensuring seamless support for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer administrative and organisational support to the Director.
- Coordinate the Director s diary, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action points.
- Manage confidential documents and ensure compliance with data security standards.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
- Conduct research, compile reports, and assist with project coordination as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a PA or Executive Assistant.
