- Follow TDD, patterns & best practice for scalable, secure systems
- Keep the codebase healthy (tech debt, deps, robustness)
- Craft accessible, responsive UIs
- Review PRs, automate tests, and uphold quality
- Collaborate with Product, Support & Engineering to solve real user problems
