This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be leading delivery of complex mechanical works on a secure Berkshire site plumbing, heating, renewable systems with a team of cleared engineers and PMs reporting to you.

- Proven experience as a Mechanical Site or Projects Manager (fit-out/refurb)
- Strong technical grounding in heating, plumbing, and building services
- Experience managing engineers and subcontractors on live, regulated sites
- SC or DV clearance
- SMSTS + valid CSCS card
- Renewable systems experience (ASHP, GSHP, MVHR, Solar PV) is a bonus — not a dealbreaker.
