We're recruiting experienced Programme Managers to provide immediate leadership across complex, high-value defence engineering programmes.
These are senior delivery roles for people who can take ownership across multiple workstreams, drive performance and provide strong governance across technical, commercial and operational teams.
Role Overview
- Contract Programme Managers required for immediate programme delivery support
- £750 -£1000 per day Inside IR35
- Devon
- 6–12 month contracts, extensions likely
- Complex defence and engineering programmes
You'll Need
- Proven experience leading large-scale preferably engineering or defence programmes
- Strong P3M capability across planning, governance, risk, schedule and delivery
- Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management
- Ability to work across engineering, operations, supply chain and commercial functions
- Experience in regulated, secure or safety-critical environments
- Current SC Clearance
