An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paid Media Manager to join a growing digital marketing team and take ownership of performance across a diverse portfolio of client campaigns. This is a hands-on role combining strategy, campaign management and team leadership, with responsibility for delivering measurable results across paid search, shopping and paid social channels.

The Role

  • Lead paid media strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Paid Social platforms
  • Plan, build and optimise campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and YouTube
  • Manage Paid Social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) with exposure to TikTok desirable
  • Oversee Google Merchant Centre and product feed optimisation
  • Manage campaign budgets and drive performance across multiple accounts
  • Monitor and improve KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CPL and conversion rates
  • Lead and support a small PPC team to maintain high campaign standards
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting using GA4 and conversion tracking tools
  • Provide clear performance insights and recommendations to clients

About You

  • Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads / PPC campaigns
  • Experience across Search, Shopping and Performance Max
  • Experience running Paid Social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Exposure to TikTok Ads desirable
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior PPC specialists
  • Strong analytical mindset with commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
