You build things that look right, feel right, and work right. Not just functional, genuinely well crafted. We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer with strong frontend and UI/UX capability to join a growing engineering team delivering secure, complex software for regulated environments. This is a hands-on role. You will write code, shape standards, and help a talented team raise the bar on everything user-facing.

What you'll be doing:

  • Designing and building high-quality software using C# and the modern .NET stack, including ASP.NET Core.
  • Leading frontend delivery in React with a sharp focus on usability, accessibility, and visual quality.
  • Translating Figma designs into scalable, maintainable UI components.
  • Contributing to shared component libraries and frontend engineering standards.
  • Supporting architecture decisions where frontend structure and user experience intersect.
  • Mentoring engineers and conducting peer reviews.
  • Working collaboratively across software, test, DevOps, architecture, and delivery teams.

What we're looking for:

  • Professional experience in C# and .NET including ASP.NET Core.
  • Solid React frontend development experience.
  • Proven ability to implement UI from Figma or similar design tools.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility, responsive design, and frontend performance.
  • Experience with component-based frontend architectures.
  • A high standard of attention to detail around layout, usability, and visual consistency.
  • Agile delivery experience.
  • The confidence to challenge, improve, and help shape how software is built.
  • Experience building or contributing to a company-wide design system.
  • Figma prototyping or interaction design skills.
  • Containerised or cloud deployment experience.
  • Knowledge of modular or clean architecture approaches.

Important: You must be a UK national to allow for UK Government security vetting (UKSV) if not already obtained.
