Position Overview

Reynolds and Reynolds is looking for an experienced technical software developer to fulfill Artificial Intelligence technical research and implementation. Working alongside an AI product specialist and experienced software development teams, you will assist with the ongoing growth of AI within our product set.

Role Specifics

• Work with AI product specialist to understand product requirements
• Research and document technical solutions and architectures for review
• Assist in driving the development of approved AI solutions to market
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to support:
  • The integration of generative AI solutions into various products and services
  • The implementation and utilisation of agentic and generative AI solutions and tools to assist daily tasks within the organisation

Other Objectives

• Learn more about Reynolds products
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in generative and agentic AI technology
• Train and educate other technical experts in AI solutions and architectures

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years commercial software development experience and a degree in Computer Science, or similar.
• A tangible understanding of AI solutions and technologies
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to research problems and recommend solutions
• Project-oriented, focused on quality and delivery
• Good team worker
• Reliable and organised
• Creative and self-reliant
