Our client, a well-established broker, is looking to appoint a KYC & Client Onboarding Analyst who will assist with daily client onboarding requirements and documentation duties. As part of a small collegiate team, you will report to the MLRO and responsibilities will include:
- Performing all relevant checks at the client onboarding stage as well as on a regular ongoing basis for all existing clients.
- Escalating complex KYC/Onboarding issues and cases to the KYC Manager.
- Assisting with the maintenance of PEPs & Sanctions Registers.
- Assisting with conducting client onboarding process monitoring as required.
You must have gained at least 1 year in KYC / Client Onboarding ideally with a high volume new client business. A detailed knowledge of Client Onboarding and KYC is required, along with a “can do attitude” and willingness to go above and beyond supporting your colleagues in a small eclectic and fun team.
NB: The business believes that they grow, operate and serve their clients best by working together 5 days per week in the office.
