We are exclusively recruiting for a successful Printing & Gifts Manufacturer looking to hire an Experienced Compliance Project Manager who will own delivery of pre-defined compliance related projects, using their own initiative to understand regulatory requirements, work with the business to understand ‘current state’ and then design and deliver the project which closes the regulatory gaps. Reporting to the CEO, duties will include:

  • Research and consider all existing and new regulatory requirements that impact the business, including EPR (Packaging), GPSR, Ce and GDPR
  • Oversee and support the regulatory compliance program, reviewing, writing and implementing policies & procedures as required.
  • Advising the senior management team on all Compliance & Risk obligations and requirements, ensuring they are kept up to speed with all new and upcoming regulatory changes.
  • Provide input into the firm’s policy framework and work with stakeholders to identify gaps in existing policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with Sales and offer subject matter expertise to enhance the overall client experience

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years broad Compliance experience of from the Industrial or Manufacturing sector willing to research applicable regulations and produce the necessary policies and procedures as well as inform and educate the senior management team on their obligations.
